The government also launched the Child Protect Mobile app, which raises awareness about violence against children, including child labor, and provides information on public and private organizations that provide intervention services. The government launched an online hotline for reporting cases of online sexual exploitation of children and opened its first Cyber-Trafficking in Persons Monitoring Center in response to the substantial increase of online commercial sexual exploitation since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the Philippines made moderate advancement in efforts to eliminate the worst forms of child labor.
